As a spectacular summer in Ontario begins its metamorphosis into a
colourful fall, vegetarian cookbook author, Holistic Nutritionist and whole-food chef Sarah Britton of My New Roots will host a special gathering at 100 Acre Wood where the menu will celebrate nature, community, and the seasonal abundance of local produce.

Chef Kevin Korslick will welcome his friend chef
Matthew Ravenscroft to 100 Acre Wood where he and his wife Mary Wood have been running custom events for the past three years. The two chefs, who are well-versed in the art of drawing magic from vegetarian cuisine, will create a multicourse menu inspired from the canon of My New Roots recipes. Courses will be paired with local natural wines, and garden inspired non-alcoholic creations. There will be 7 courses total, with drink pairings for each! A real feast!
